Hi there! I’m Alice, Integrative Nutrition Health Coach

As a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach (Institute for Integrative Nutrition, NYC), I work 1:1 with women who are ready to create meaningful, sustainable change in their wellbeing. My work goes beyond surface-level habits. Together, we explore what’s underneath — your patterns, your needs, your lifestyle — and build from there.
